Refund policy

Resonance subscription

• You can ask for a refund of any subscription payment, your first or a renewal, within 14 days of the charge.
• We refund the payment minus the credits you've already spent from that month's 1,500, at $0.01 per credit. For example, if you used 400 credits, you get $45 back ($49 minus $4). If you used all 1,500, you get $34 back.
• A refunded subscription ends right away. Any monthly credits you haven't used go with it. Your purchased credits stay in your account.

Credit packs

• You can get a full refund for a credit pack within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of its credits have been used.
• Monthly credits are always spent first, so a pack stays unused until your spending goes past your monthly allowance.
• Once any credits from a pack have been used, that pack can't be refunded.

Cancelling

• You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops your next renewal. It isn't a refund by itself.
• Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for, so you can use up your remaining monthly and purchased credits.
• After 14 days, we don't give partial refunds for the rest of a billing month.

Generations that fail

If credits were taken for a generation that failed, email us and we'll look into it. Credits we restore go back to your balance rather than being refunded as money.

How to ask for a refund

• Use our contact form, choose Support, and include the email address on your account.
• Refunds are issued through Stripe by Link, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, including any tax you paid.
• Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. If those laws give you more, for example a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase, they apply.
